Tv tuner

I am looking for a tv tuner I think thats the name of it. And if its not I'm looking for something(PCI) that can allow me to watch tv on my computer through cable. I dont want to spend alot of money on it. Can someone help me out?

Get the winfast Dtv1000, it can handle your local tv channels and HDTV channels as well.
