Two different brand video cards?

So I have a computer with a Club 3d 4890 OC and i would get another 4890 for cheap but this one is from HIS.

Would this setup work? Will it require some over/underclocking?
 
I would put your Club card back to stock, then put the HIS one in and OC from there. Just to be safe. But yes they should work together no problem.
