Hello... Recently I had new carpet installed.Everything electronic had to be unplugged and moved upstairs.It took five hours to complete the installation.After plugging in the computer I decided to open Ulead Photo Express v3.0SE(no longer supported by Ulead.com) to retreive my original document(copy of my carpet contract scanned in).I doubled click the Ulead icon on the Desktop.I click the "File" tab located at the top right of the page.I select"Open" for the list of documents scanned.The documents were missing.The display showed Template folders. In order for the documents to display I have to scan a document. My BearPaw scanner broke down after replugging it. My question: How can I retreive my documents under "Open" tab w/out scanning ? How can I get around the Templates ? Acter.
