Under 18 Paypal

Is there any way to set up a paypal account if you're under 18? I have bank account etc, just don't think it'll let me set one up. Matt

*EDIT* I got paypal set up. Now its just ebay that's a problem!
 
You have to be over 18. I've lied about my age on it but i'm sure they'll find out when i link it with my card.
