hello amigo there are several methods to underclock ya cpu, either by bios (not always possible, depending on the bios make) and by using software. to underclock using bios you do it the same way you would to overclock, instead of increasing the numbers you decrease them (usually below 100mhz) it may be in your advanced chipset option check out your manual to use software go here Radiate, Cpukiller3 - Download*, SpeedswitchXP *to use this just download it, install it and then run it from the bottom right (its a pic of a chip) then just slide the bar to the right to underclock, beware with this prog because it slows it down by adding heavy load onto it, so keep a good eye on the cpu temp general info: Welcome to the NEW PC Slow Down Page! if your wanting to play old dos games try using DOSBox, a x86 emulator with DOS
Thing is if your fsb is 133 and you reduce it to 130 your pci bus will be overclocked by quite a bit, so will you ram. To underclock your cpu without overclocking everything else you would have to drop to to 100.
