have got p4 2.8,1gig mem,and a asus p4g8x deluxe mboard.have been using msi ti4800se graph card for a year but am thinking of going for MSI 128Mb FX5900XT-VTD Tv/Out.anybody got any views on this card cant use ati cards have seen reports on various forums about problems with ati and granitebay mboards

Well, it seems to be an issue mostly with the P4G8X itself. Anyway, the card is alright, but it's main flaw is it's ability, or lack thereof, to properly handle DirectX 9. Add to this ATi's sharper image quality, and you do have a reason why people are using ATi----especially since they've been able to come up and have some major improvements with their drivers.
