Welcome to HWF! Yep all those parts seem to fit. According to sources, the Bulldozer cores will use an AM3+ socket and are expected to be backwards compatible with current AM3 motherboards. So keep caution, as nothing is sure about that yet, You don't want to buy a motherboard with the incorrect socket for the Bulldozer.
