Im looking to upgrade motherboard to a motherboard that supports amd 64 processors so i can upgrade my processor, but i dont wish to upgrade my current gfx card at this time, but would wish to in the future, the problem is i currently have an AGP board, and would be looking to upgrade to PCIE in the future, do you get motherboards that support agp and pcie?

Also would these boards support 256mb PC2100(133mhz) and a 256mb PC2300(142mhz) DDR-SDRAM? This would mean i wouldnt have to upgrade the RAM at this time either.
