I have a Intel MicroATX board in my computer at the moment, with an Intel Celeron D 3.2 Ghz processor, in my computer.

I want to upgrade to a Biostar INTEL E6550 CORE 2 DUO CPU & P35 MOTHERBOARD, This is as far as i can determine an ATX board.

How do i know if this will fit into my comp case.

    Thanks for you trouble.

    Welcome to HWF :)

Does your current MicroATX mobo completely fill the case in vertical direction (up-down direction)? If Yes, then you can't use a standard ATX board, because it wouldn't fit as it is bigger than MicroATX.
