I have a huge problem with my computer, just so you know I'm using one of my other computers connected to the network, but my main computer is the one that's got the problem.
I came home today and used my computer but when I switched the speakers on I had no sound, when I clicked on Volume Control it told me it was missing an Audio Mixer, but everything seemed the same in the Device Manager. Anyway, I decided to reset my computer to fix the problem, it took a while to get to the Welcome screen and I thought it had hung on me, so I rebooted. This time I decided to wait for longer, and then the login icons appeared, so I logged in to recieve a message that said "Windows will shut down in 60 seconds, this was authorised by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM Error: The Remote Procedure Call (RPC) did not respond"
Or it was something along those lines, should I reinstall Windows or is there an easier solution? Please help as soon as possible. :)
