USB Memory Stick problem

my 128mb USB memory stick comes with security software, it requires me to logg in before i can add files ot the memory stick, and i am not able to format the memory stick, the thing is, i want to remove this security software, becouse it requires an administrator account to logg on, and therefor i cant actually use this memory stick on the college computers, so is there anyway at all, i can delete the software off the memory stick or format the memory stick?
 
what make is the memory stick, mine is a Disgo and has the same sort of thing and you can just disable the security software, the software wasn't on the USB drive though, it was on the computer...
 
the software on my memory stick is on the memory stick, errm its kind of an unbranded memory stick i think.
 
hmm maybe its built into the memory stick then, kinda like firmware...I'm not all that sure though, maybe someone else will be able to help...(are the any markings on the stick at all, even they could help determine who it's made by) also where did you buy it from...
