USB ports

After looking at the modding getting done here, this sounds REAL mickey mouse... but hey, go to the experts, right?

Is there a fairly low skill way to make the front USB ports on a Dell Dimension 4300 more accessable?

I suspect someone at Dell has a rather warped sense of humor ....I mean, in the dark, under a flap, aligned at a weird angle, and just barely enough clearance
 
I'm not sure if you can make it more accessable with the dell, maybe you look at a USB hub if you want easy access? does anyone know if there are any keyboards which have USB ports? it would be cool for usb memory sticks etc
