I've got an old system that my brothers is going to do some light gaming on. It has Windows XP, so DX9 games will only be played on it. I don't want to push the PSU,so I would like a video card that doesnt require a power connector and I only have a PCIE-16x 1.0 slot, so no PCIE-16x 2.1 cards. What is the best graphics card that I can get that fits my needs?
