Happily running a Dimension XPS400, Win XP, no hardware changes; when I reboot it won't fully load Windows - screen goes blank after initial Windows start screen. Can boot in safe mode with networking. Changed to a new video card (Geforce 610); after install I get a message that a driver from the Logitech USB camera is causing a conflict. Delete that driver, leaving camera disconnected, computer boots and runs fine. The next day I swap back to the original video card (Geforce 7900 GTX), and get the same issue all over again. Only runs in safe mode. I switch back to the Geforce 610, and can't get it to start except in safe mode. Chipset is Intel 945P, I don't know the motherboard maker, BIOS is A07. I tried reinstalling chipset; no change. I can't run Dell motherboard diags since I'm in safe mode! Ideas? Thanks!
