This is a really odd problem. I installed a new graphics card, and it works fine except every video I watch plays really fast. I tested with multiple players, and everything from youtube to parole plays crazy fast. The one weird thing about my installation is that the card is pcie 16 and the slot is pcie 4 - my heat sink was in the way of the pcie 16 slot. Any idea what could cause this? I'll post more details if anyone asks for them. Thanks!
