Hi Guys, Probably this is my first post ! in this Forums Hey Guys my Old PC is almost broken and now i am planning to buy a new one I like this motherboard Intel® Desktop Board DP45SG - Overview And This Processor Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor Overview E8400 6 MB L2 Cache 3 GHz 45 nm 1333 MHz Intel® Virtualization Technology Intel® Trusted Execution Technology Will they work .. properly .. anybody tested these .both stuff .. also can anybody ...show me a new graphic card with 512 MB memory Budget is 116.279 USD
The board and cpu should definitely be compatible, but you're gonna be spending more money on DDR3 memory instead of DDR2 since that's what your board asks for. Here's a pretty solid 512 video card on newegg. Newegg.com - PNY VCG96512GXPB GeForce 9600 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards Also what about your other components? Are you getting a new PSU, hard drive, etc?
You might want to look for an ATI to take advantage of crossfire in future. Such as this one $119 after rebate hd 3870, and around same performance.(9600gt beats slightly with AA on and 3870 wins slightly with it off) There are cheaper versions of same card, but depends if you trust the brand.
ya i am thinking to get .. 1 TB harddisk and .. Dvd writer drive.. and i think ur point is rite DDR3 will cost much .. will hut out for another board.. if possible :chk: The graphic u have shown is NICE but it haardly available in india can u suggest some nvidia or ATI Cards plzz same 512 mb ones
The guys posting to recommend that you get the 9600GT and 3870 are not really giving you a good deal (no offense) I recommend you go for the ATi 4870 instead and forget the 9600GT or the 3870, even thought the new 4870 is more expensive but it will be more future proof and it's also an excellent card compared to the other two. oh and it's also 512mb or 1GB. So to make up for the expense why not get a cheaper mobo and better graphics card??? just a suggestion. As for the Intel Mobo they are rather expensive to what you get from them i suggest you go for Gigabyte or Asus these two are really good mobo manufactures but can be expensive, so guess you have to shop around.
