i am drafting a system up, for heavy load (large scale photoshop work, some 3D render, and a bit of gaming) my avg. room temp year round is about 25C+

i am looking at running a CoolIT SYSTEMS EL-1000 Eliminator product page and was wondering about adding a (TEC) under the water block or a water block with one. would love to see a 30C or under on idle and load.

i am thinking about this for my over all system (basics)
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Windsor 3.0GHz Socket AM2
    CORSAIR XMS2 DOMINATOR 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2
ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI

if anyone also knows of any quality control issues with any of the hardware that would be nice to know as well. seeing too many clueless people post reviews on newegg.com.

i am not shy about spending another 150 to 300 dollars USD if the pros out weigh the price.

    thank you greatly :)

I've heard that's a pretty good solution, but it's been a few years, and I don't see a lot of people running it. The causes behind the limited use I'm unsure of.
