For some reason all web graphics are being displayed at a low resolution, resulting in grainy pictures or distorted colours. All websites as far as I can see are effected, my normal desktop is not effected, only web graphics. This happens in both IE and Firefox. For example the google logo background is grey against the white site background.
hmm, I would try reinstalling the browser and graphics drivers (updating to latest), to see if it helps.
