Web Graphics!

I am after the best web page util ever. It has to be easy to use, tons of features and create pages like -=Snipers=-. I like web design and wanna get into it a bit more.

Tell me what you have used and what you think.

Well, the easiest I used was Paint Shop Pro 6/7. Read a few tutorials made a site. (Which no longer exists)

Front Page 2000/2 was the easiest HTML editor I found, can do any thing you want with it really.

NOW in my opinion the best Web Graphics program is
Adobe Photoshop 6 and for HTML Dream weaver.

PS6 is quite hard to use, mainly because of the interface. The best way to start is, reading tutorials; I will post links a bit later on if you want :)

So in short the best program for web graphics is Adobe Photoshop 6 :cool:
