I just put my friend's pc together. everything is connected. Now when we turn it on, all that is visible is a graphics card bios that says no errors. just 128mb and then we hear a beep, then it reshows the same bios. the card is a geforce 5750 pci express (chaintech) nothing else happens though. It won't go into the motherboard's bios. If anyone has had a similar problem and can help, ppleeeeaase help me?!

Unfortunately we cannot use another video card because we do not have another pci express card laying around. Everyone esle we know uses agp cards so we can't even test his card in our system to see if the card is corrupt. Any other suggestions?

take it back where you purchased it, or see if they can test it and see if anything is wrong.

Well we figured out it was the graphics card. it was a dud DOA. Getting a new one and returning the crap card. Thanx for all the help.
