one thing, if you don't want to wait a long time for your game to load, I would suggest you get this drive.
 
WD have a solid reputation for makeing reliable drives, plus that model comes with a five year warrenty

generally though Seagate are understood to be the best, i´ve had a few bad eperiences with Maxtor drives (although they were replaced without question, but i lost the data)

but in answer to your question:

i haven´t heard any bad reports about the wd740adfd
