What Flat Panel monitors can support blu-ray/HD-TV?

Can someone help me choosing a monitor? I don't want it to be too big like 30 inches or too small. I was thinking of 24 inch monitor, because it was said, that it supports blu-ray/HD-TV. But I have a question - wich is the smallest monitor, that can support blu-ray/HD-TV? Please tell me the inches and resolutions, that can support blu-ray/HD-TV. Can 20 inch monitor support blu-ray/HD-TV? What about 22 inch? I need you to tell me all the monitors and resolutions, that can support blu-ray/HD-TV.

And which monitors are the best? Maybe Dell/Apple? Please tell me your opinion. I need to know which monitor has highest color definition and resolution and stuff... shortly - which monitor has the greatest picture?

To be able to play blu-day/HD-DVD's at high defenition quality, you'll need to buy a graphcis card that supports this, like the Radeon HD2000 series or the geforce 8 series (not confirmed). You'll need to use a screen that had a DVI input, and has a resolution of 1600x** and higher. Screens that I recommend are Samsung and Acer, with a size of at least 20-21 inch. Or you could use one of the newest graphics cards and connect it to a HDTV with an hdmi cable.
