So, as the title says, what is it? But also, my other question is: is that a general term or is there only one company, Http-Tunnel, that does this service? I wikipedia-d it but it only came up with a page about that company. And howstuffworks doesn't have an article on it.

Hmm well I understood something but not all of it haha.

So can i use this to make P2P work at my university? Or am I not supposed to discuss this according to forum policy?
