Oh damn, Spanish chicken stew with white rice and red beans. For those who know its Pollo Guisado.

On the subject of chicken, as long as you stay away from battery reared chicken you're usually ok. They're pumped full of chemicals and antibiotics to ward of the threat of disease due to the close proximity of the birds. Ew!
