What Memory for £200

I was wondering if you guys can help me.

I am not sure on what memory I should go for. My board can take upto 3GB in DDR 333 or 1GB DDR 400.

Whould more slower memory be better than less faster memory???

I was thinking of Geil Dragon Memory 2x512MB DDR400 or maybe Kingston Hyper X 2x512MB DDR 400

Or some Cheap 3x1GB DDR 333.

What do you guys think I should get for £200

Don’t go for cheap ram :) just wondering are using your computer for games or graphics work? As 1GB should be fine for games! I'd say get the Kingston Hyper X 2x512MB DDR 400!

Mainly games like battlefield Veitnam, Raven shield, farcry and Doom III. Also I do alot of vide editing from the video camera and tv recording from the tv card. I was thinking maybe the hyper x as I should go for quality and not quantity. :)
