I would have to suggest the Soltek 75FRN2-L which is very cheap and performs/overclocks extremely well.

It doesn't have any great features but if you don't need the features, why pay for them ?

Another good choice would be the Abit NF7-S

Both are based on the nforce2 chipset which is the best platform for 32 bit cpus (like the Athlon XP), especially if you overclock.

In any case, you wouldn't be able to use your current memory (DDR) on the Epox 8KTA3+ because it only supports SDRAM.

So to sum up: The Soltek 75FRN2-L if you want great performance at a cheap price, without any features, or the Abit NF7-S if you want great performance with features at a more expensive price.

There are other good brands out there like Gigabyte and Msi both those are the two I would choose from.

I don't talk about asus because I feel they don't offer enough for the price they demand. Also, the technical support is said to be non-existant....by everyone who owns one !
