What RAM to Get

    Hey, my brother just aquired a computer from a family member and wanted to upgrade his RAM but he and I are unsure of which kind of ram we should be looking a.

    Thew Processor is a P4 1.4GHZ ACPI/GENUINEINTEL_X86_Family15

    Hopefully that is enough info for someone to figure out what kind of ram i should be looking at... if not please let me know what i can do to get the information you would need to better help me

    ...but only if it's a laptop, otherwise, just get the model of the motherboard and check the homepage of the manufacturer of that motherboard for a compability list...
