Whats good compatible heatsink for these?

    Hello, Im building a pc or i already have but im replacing the stock heatsink with a new one.... keep my CPU cooler. But I dont know which heatsink is the best and compatible with the components i have. I want a really good one and keeps things cool.:chk:

    yes, if you looking at other heatsinks make sure they come with a AM2 compatible bracket...
    (look under specification on the above links)

    my motherboard and cpu are AM2+ is it also compatible with AM2 heatsinks?

    Just fyi - i have a phenom II x4 940 black edition - with the stock cooling have it running at 3.5ghz, they are very head & energy efficient and only need an aftermarket cooler if you are heading up to 4ghz

    The TRUE is amazing, but pricey. I like the xigamteck cooler myself, the black Knight cooler comes with a bult thru kit.
