They are all 7600gt. I noticed one of them has x2 400mhz RAMAC, what is this and whats the dif between the x2 400 and the single one?

RAMDAC's convert digital signals to analog, usually one per output. If you're seriously considering running dual monitors, this might help somewhat with the picture, but otherwise, any of them should work just fine.

Whatever works, although you might want to investigate what's included with the video card packages, as some companies include games with their video cards.

get the XFX one, for one dumb reason, I've never heard of the other brands. As far as I can see, XFX offer more stable cards, since they're o'clcked nuts. correct me if im wrong.
