    How much watts of Power Supply is best to use with Intel 945G and witha 3.4 GHZ processor.

    Assuming you go with a name brand psu with no less than 18A (22+ being much better) on the 12v rail (and we're talking about good brands like Antec, thermaltake, OCz, tagan, enermax etc.) you should look for at least 420wts for a conservative setup. You won't really need that much if you don't have a beefy graphics card and and several drives but insurance is nice. 500 is really a nice number but not necessary for most setups.
