Which of these is better and why?

So im looking at these 3 different cards, and two are alot alike but the cheaper one seems to have more to offer from what i can see in the specs.

this card, from what i can gather has two GPUs, and only 2gb of ram. so less ram then the two above. Is two GPUs faster then the two above?

I would go for Sapphire HD7950 instead of the other two. The Sapphire is using a reference board so I can get an aftermarket cooler for this card. Otherwise, it could get pretty hot at load. :(
