whenever a new windows comes up, i always have to hit eht full screen icon to fill the page. how can i set windows xp to do this automatically. the potter
I believe all you have to do in Windows XP is to merely open a few programs and make them full screen, then exit them whilst they are in full screen and your windows should from then on appear full screen when you open them. However if that doesn't work right click on your desktop goto properties, at the top there are a few "tabs" (like bookmarks sticking out of a book) Select "Appearance" and try and select something their, sorry for the vague details, am on Windows 2000 Professional atm
