Wondering if anyone could help me out? Had to do a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate.Install went fine, but now that I am attempting to get updates it seems to not want to. Been running for a couple of hours. Have "BITS, Error Reporting, Installer, Modules Installer,Windows update services all set to 'Automatic' started but nothing happening. Bar just keeps scanning, 'Checking for updates'? Also when I reinstalled I entered (25) digit alpha-numeric, 5 string Activation Key and was accepted. Now it is telling me that it is not valid. Completely lost, I am definately not in Kansas anymore! Anyone out there help a pathetic soul that is lost with no idea what to do? If so, bless you.
