I am trying to put togeter a Toshiba satellite pro laptop, model 435cds now it has windows 95 in it, with 16 mb ram running at 120 ghz. Now here is my problem. when it boots up I get this error. (Windows Protection error, You need
to restart your computer.) Now it won't do nothing else. It won't CAD, It won't go into the bio's, and I can't get it to go into F8... It is like it is frozen..
every time you reboot it does this... Any Ideas ??:(

I dont knw but it luks like windows is protecting that computer from you :p lolz.. Or may be it could be something like some one has tried entering password from more than the permitted times. Try using a bootdisk floppy disk to format the drive and then install ur windows..

No, it wouldn't let you even use the boot disk. I did fix the problem though.
I had to take the laptop all apart to get to the bios battery..
by removing the bios batteries it solved the problem.
