Wireless Network keeps dropping

my wireless network, for me, not my brother/mother, keeps dropping about every two minutes, its driving me mad.

I've tried turning it off, and checking the settings, but nothing seems to be out of place as its working for every one else.

Contact ISP or reinstall my wireless card?

What ya reckon?

Netgear DG something, and some crapyp Xmicro Lan card.

I've tried the other one of the cards i have, and that seems to have fixed it for now.

I might have fried it or something.
 
xmicro I used to have a few in stock and I think only one stayed sold. The rest came back due to dropped connections or poor reception.

So I'd have to say it's a bad card.
