I would like to get wireless mouse and keyboard, how well do they work with video games. If they do work what should I look for. thanks
I think Logitech makes the best peripherals, wireless or otherwise. They have wireless KB/mouse sets which are very good and very responsive. You do have to replace the batteries as with any truly wireless equipment, but they're still all around good for that type of hardware.
if you want quality wireless keyboard and mouse then I'd go for Logitech® diNovo™ Media Desktop 2.0 its expensive as hell though. do a search for wireless keyboards/mice on www.ebuyer.com they have some cheap stuff but not sure how good the products are.
I wouldnt use a wireless mouse for gaming because in my experience they are heavy however people prefer them because you have more space and your mouse can move freely without the cord. The weight is still a big no no for me i'd recommend trying one with a game before purchasing any.
True however the newer wireless mice use batteries which are much lighter e.g. the Logitech MX1000. though as suggested try it out before buying if possible.
If you don't like the battery weight you'll have to try one of these. Operates off of RFID so no batteries .
nice link syngod! that looks quite cool. The disadvantage is that, you have to use it on the surface they provide.
That's so futuristic! Bet it costs a whole lot though. Too bad the surface is real small too, oh well.
The surface is fine for normal activity but if you have a big screen you may feel a little cramped I imagine. Haven't tried it so I can't be sure. I don't have a mouse pad, don't see the point of 'em for optical really.
My desk is metal so i dont fink id like feel of it moving around on metal with loadsa little holes in it. But yea i know what u mean bout feeling cramped, wish i coud sumhow try it out!
Actually the price isn't that bad. It's pretty much the same price as an MS or Logitech wireless mouse.
