Well, there not to much on it yet, but its going to be low power a AMD64 based chip that will clock in at 1ghz, but the cool thing is that it has a integrated northbridge/memory controller. So right now, its kinda up in the air as to any real details, but knowing AMD, it will probably be a slightly less powerful, but less power hungry Atom.
