yeah looks good to me, just keep in mind the real contrast ration which is 800:1, which is still good, and the actual response time is more like 4 or 6ms. But yeah, thats a great unit
yes I see that thanks I mainly am comparing to an apple 20 inch because i love their screens. they are just nice looking to me but want something black and afordable but just as high quality thast how i ended up looking at the samsung it has simaler specs but faster responce time. plus it looks sleek
Yeah, i don't really like apple stuff, that and there monitors aren't super crazy sweet for how much they costs. Samsung makes really great units though, so it a good choice. If you feel like spending another hundred dollars or so, look at LG's 1680x150 monitors, they have crazy response time and real crazy contrast ration 3000:1. Lol, i want one
Samsung were very crap when they tried to make crt's but their LCD displays do look good. LCD's are all much of a muchness but the crucial specs are resp time, contrast ratio and brightness
LG really hmm maybe its just me but i have never liked their products I think i will go with samsung they are quality and reasonable with price
HAHA i might be rubbing off on you or something, lol, make sure Mega doesn't see that yeah, they kinda came out of know where, but i've asked around and have seen one. They have really nice LCD's, not so sure about everything else they make, but all the credentials are in line. They make their own LCD screens, which is a highly overlooked step. That said so does Samsung, but yeah, they are really great to, Samsung that is, i was just making a point. You can't go wrong with that unit, but the Contrast ratio is a little low for the price, 1000:1 would be great, but even then, its still a really solid unit, can't go wrong. Oh yeah, HAHA, Matt
it is done I ordered the samsung 206bw it had a 30 dollar rebate and i personaly have seen the 206b ( my boss has one) and i like it
What! I've got two Samsung CRTs and they are both excellent. The picture quality and colourisation are very pure. They provide very little glare also. I'd recommend anyone to look at Samsung first, whether choosing a LCD or CRT. EDIT: @ Swansen; I have no idea what you are talking about (as usual )
