Video Card Software

    Hi Guys,

    Hoping you can help. About 6 months ago I had some software that allowed me to turn my GeForce 6600GT into any video I wanted.

    Just updates the registry i suppose.

    Does anyone know what this software is called or where i can get it as I have misplaced mine.

    yah! quick-res or something but not from the command line it was a little icon at the bottom of the screen.

    im sure it was qwik-res or some rubbish like that

    Sounds like it mite have been one of those Microsoft Power Tools (unsupported add-ons).
    I used to love the quik-res one in pre-XP days, as a lot of times my grfx card would want me to reboot to apply new res setting which was ridiculous but this little util allowed me to change resolutions on the fly.
