Could be a variety of problems i'm sorry to say.
Has this happened recently or ever since you got the screen?
Do you have anything magnetic next to your screen or on top of it?

You might be missing some pins in your VGA cable. Try updating your monitor in device manager it might find an update

    thanks for the answer scorps65.

this problem happened since the first time i use my monitor, but i have been playing videogames recently so the problem is more important now, and i cant ignore it.

i dont have any magnetic item near the screen, the only thing i have is a cactus(a plant).

i will check de VGA cable now...

can you explain this sentence please? "Try updating your monitor[...]"

    thanks you

    No problem

OK, click Start > Control panel. In Control Panel look for "Device Manager". Once in Device Manager you'll see something like this:
    Device Manager

As you can see a user right clicked on his graphics card (radeon) and can select "update driver software". You need to do the same only w ith your monitor (which is right above "network adapters")

    this printer.

i have read that this printer have a magnet and it can create a magnetic field wich can damage the monitor (im sorry if i cant express properly)

now im going to move the printer and turn off the monitor for 8-10 hours and after that i will try to degauss.

thanks for help, i will post tomorrow!
