Foxconn and Asrock are two of the worst Motherboards you can get.. They make them super cheap, thats why they dont last... Probably a bad capacitor..
Your Motherboard is a LGA 775 socket, Just pick up a Gigabyte LGA 775 socket that will support your CPU ....
The 3 best Motherboards to use are : Gigabyte / Asus / or MSI ...I have even used some Biostar...

what I meant was your temps are VERY HIGH!

You have 3 sticks of RAM? You can try the following steps just to make sure it is the MOBO:
Try using only 1 stick of RAM, if it doesn't boot, try another one, until you have tried each one.
    1. Insert one RAM.
    2.Boot
3.If it still doesn't boot, remove that stick, place it in a corner, try the other one.
    4.Repeat Steps 1-3.
5.If it still won't boot, best go to a technician or computer repair store, and let them test your CPU, RAM, GPU, PSU, everything except board. WATCH THEM WHILE THEY DO THIS. <---------- Do step 5 if you are able to, it will make you more comfortable in buying a new MOBO, knowing that you tried everything, compared to buying a MOBO, and your computer still won't boot..

    Thanks,

    True.
If you buy AsRock, ECS, Foxconn, its a gamble, you may get a board that would last till the day you want to upgrade to a new and better socket, or you'll get a board that has many problems..

I was able to get the computer working for some time... Then once, the graphics card burned... I'll just buy a new computer when I can.
