Well sometimes i will be online and all of a sudden my computer will just reboot for no reason at all. I have ran spyware, virus and havent found anything at all. also sometime my computer will not toot up it shuts down abnormally then it will boot to that screen saying last time windows shut down unexepectedly and choose the option to go back. I have tried all of them and sometimes it wont go back in. Others times it boots up fine with no problems.
it could be overheating somewhere, what the hot weather, or something could be faulty, try throwing a new CPU & GPU cooler at it
Please can you download HijackThis (Merijn.org), run the program select Scan & Save a logfile. Once the scan has completed please copy and paste the text from the logfile here, so we can analyze it more. Have you tried System Restore? Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
I tend to just reinstall windows when I get prolonged problems like that. Its usually quicker and easier than trying to fix the problem. 1/2 to install windows, 1/2 to install programs.
Before we do anything too drastic, why don't we try to find out what the problem is first? Go to the Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer Or Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer On the left hand side, click on Security and System and look for error or warning messages in the log. Post the results here
