I think the graphics card is not suitable for your PC. What is the size of RAM? Upgrade your RAM size if it is low.

hello friend, Do you checked the video card before purchase? If it is good,you can change BIOS settings in CMOS/PnP/PCI configurations...... it is called Init Display First. It can be set to PCIex or onboard or PCI (default is PCIex) you change the option to 'PCI' then re-start the system.

In windows 7, it works fine....

In my Toshiba Satellite c850, I installed the windows 8 OS. After that key for '@' symbol shows double quotes and key for double quotes shows @ symbol. Why it happen?
