    Won't detect HD on first boot

    I have a HD that on the first startup it won't detect the drive, then it restarts and gives an option to boot from disk by hitting any key before...

    Hard disk is not recognized most of the time

    I am having a similar problem. But mine doesn't take as many restarts to boot. On the first startup it doesn't detect the HD and then it restarts...
