Thanks for reply Sniper. No there is no disk drive on AcerAspireOne D260-A. I am sure there are instructions on returning to 'factory condition' but we moved house recently and cannot find the user manual.

I have been very pleased with my Acer Aspire One Netbook but now wish to upgrade to laptop and hopefully sell the netbook. Please can somebody explain how I can clear all my information whilst leaving XP installed - so that it is in 'factory condition' for a prospective buyer. Thanks
