    You assume right, I am talking about doing repair of windows Xp via original CD... If I remember correctly it will only rewrite windows...

    I got the Sound blaster x-fi extremeMusic edition and it worked fine for past 13 months... All of the sudden, NO SOUND, whatsoever......
