    I can't comment on the rest of the log but you have LimeWire in there which is a killer, I would not be surprised if your troubles aren't down to that. You have 2 or 3 missing files also but I'll leave it to the experts.

    First go to Run and type control userpasswords2 In the box that opens untick the "Users must enter a user name and Password to use this computer" if ticked. Secondly go into the Advanced Tab and untick the box in the Secure Log on section that says "Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete"

    Unless you are in possession of a Volume License the the short answer is no. 1 copy of any Microsoft OS equals 1 pc. You can try of course but as soon as you try to activate it MS will say "Haven't we met before?" The disk could also be an OEM which is strictly for a Dell.
