nice to have an upgrade like yours:dry:
I recommend you get a 320mb + overclocked version of the 8800gts as it is better cheaper value for your money, and is the same if not higher performance as the 640mb.
yes it will fit in your case because the 8800gts is around 24 cm long max.
step 1: turn computer off and unplug the mains cable.
step 2: open case
step3: locate pci-e slot
step 4: remove metal bracket blocking the slot in the back of the case.
step 5: align graphics card in the slot and push the card gently but firmly in the slot.

hope this helps

Yes, it will run it.... for a while, but it is a cheap build of a PSU and is likely to fail when you least expect it, again we encourage you to look at Big B's PSU sticky (great stuff) which can be found in my sig.
I think that it would be a slow start at first and that you would need a lot of capital in order to get the parts in, but once you get known and you have a steady client base, you should be alright.
You usually get parts from a supplier, not directly from nvidia or amd:P you should check...
I dont' know why, but sometimes hosting companies offer domains without www. some do. But still, I thought you can't have two identical doman names..
for graphics card, you can upgrade to any graphics card that has a pci-express slot. Take note that theres a difference between pci express and AGP.
for PSU, you can get basically any 24pin ATX power supply.
