you could try one of those old power supplies u mite find in an old PC, 10+ years old, because the older way to power on a pc, was the button being on front of the PC was attatched straight to the PSu

i had this problem and ended up buying a new motherboard to solve it. i later found out my BIOS was dodgy on my old one, rats... try updating/flashing your BIOS after checking temps are below 55 degrees celcuis, and defo below 80 on your graphics card
