    Did it do this with old video card ? remove the bio's battery to reset the motherboard.. try it with another video card..

    It turned out the case I need is a EE-ATX, Which is very hard to find the Motherboard measures 13.68x13 inch... Going to be a challenge to find..

    Windows 7 will not boot - USB Boot unavailable

    You will have to open the laptop up, and change or reset the Bio's battery.. If you pull the battery out, Wait 10 minutes, then reinstall it.....

    Try removing the Bios battery for 10 minutes, then replace and see if that does Anything .. Next check your bio's for Any changes to the USB.. Now...
